Unsecured Credit Cards
If you have bad or no credit you should be able to find companies
who offer high-interest unsecured credit. These cards do not
require a security deposit. However, in order to defray the
possibility if default these cards have high annual interest
rates and huge up-front fees. Some cards have low credit limits
normally less than $300, very high APRs 27%-28%, very high
up-front fees ($200-$500) and no grace periods.
The up-front fees are charged to the first month's bill.
This charge could be equal to your entire line of credit.
Unlike a secured card you will nor be refunded this
money after proving yourself worthy of credit.
